Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

The shipment will be made through a transport agency to the address you provide.

 

MAINLAND SPAIN: Shipping is free for orders with a total amount equal to or exceeding 50 euros (taxes included) and to be delivered within the Spanish mainland. For orders below this amount, the cost will be 5 euros (VAT included).

CANARY ISLANDS: For merchandise totaling 150 euros or more, transportation is free. The shipping cost will be 25 euros (VAT included) for orders equal to or less than 150 euros. In any case, there will be an additional 19 euros for customs processing fees (DUA). IGIC (Canary Islands General Indirect Tax) and customs collection fees are not included.

BALEARIC ISLANDS: Transportation is free for orders over 121 euros (VAT included). For shipments equal to or less than this amount, the cost will be 18.15 euros (VAT included).

FRANCE AND PORTUGAL: Please consult with us

*Consult with Arias for VAT exemption for any company. VAT will not be processed for countries other than Spain; however, orders can only be processed for properly registered companies with a valid exemption.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If, upon receiving the package at your address, it is found to be damaged, please inform the carrier and note on the copy of the transport receipt retained by the agency that the PACKAGE IS DAMAGED. If, after opening the package, its contents are damaged, please contact us to arrange for the return.

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 business days from the delivery date to return it. (According to Article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade Organization, modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19).

You just need to send us the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging. The return shipping costs to our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer, but in the case of an exchange, you will not have to pay the shipping costs for the new order. The return will be made to the address Rúa da Industria 108 · Polígono industrial O Ceao · Lugo.

It is very important that you return the exchanged or returned products perfectly packaged. In the event that the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return.

Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, Arias will accept the return of the product, and the refund will be made according to the payment method used, and if applicable, the new product will be shipped:

  1. If you made the payment by credit card, we will ask for a bank account number to refund the amount.
    1. If you made the payment by cash on delivery or by transfer, we will ask for a bank account number to refund the amount.

 

Note: You will receive the refund within a maximum period of 20 days from the receipt of the exchanged or returned product in our warehouse. Please note that if you paid by credit card, your bank may not show the refund amount in your balance until the following month.

Please note that Arias.com does not accept shipments with postage due; before any exchange, please contact us.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Arias guarantees delivery to the carrier the day after the order is placed in standard bags for all orders formalized before 6:00 p.m., except for those made on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. In such cases, the order will be processed on the first working day following the day it was placed. Additionally, it should be noted that the deadlines are calculated in business days and may be affected by local or national holidays. And remember, if the chosen method of payment is a bank transfer, the order will not be shipped until we receive bank confirmation of the transfer.
