Thermoformed lids
Lids for thermoforming machines can be plain or printed. The Arilid and Ariex groups are ideal for situations with controlled temperature, while the Ariplex or Ariter groups can help in situations where high temperatures occur, such as pasteurization, sterilization, or cooking.
- Arilid Group: It is a good alternative for lids of thermo sealing or thermoforming machines. With or without oxygen barrier, it presents excellent properties of brightness, transparency, and sealing.
- Ariex Group: Our Ariex materials, in addition to being used for bases and thermoforming lids, are excellent for vacuum bag applications, whether printed or plain.
- Ariplex Group: Laminated films with the best existing materials. They are ideal for sandwich printing. Within this group, we find the Ariplex-2-X solution, ideal for extreme temperature processes and widely used in pasteurization, cooking, and sterilization.
- Ariter Group: It is the best solution for thermoforming machines, and it is composed of coextruded films with up to eleven layers with good resistance and low forming and welding temperatures.
Use
- Lids for rigid and flexible trays made of PET and APET, PE and PP.
- They can be used for soft, medium-hard, or hard products (depending on the chosen micronage). They are ideal for bone-in and boneless meats, sausages, fish, sliced meats, and precooked foods.
- They are ideal for vacuum packaging and processes involving high temperatures (pasteurization and/or sterilization) and low temperatures (freezing).
- They can be used as lids for thermoformed material or as bags.
- Possibility of sandwich printing.
High oxygen and moisture barrier.
